Peter is responsible for the overall satisfaction of Glen Meadows’ residents, from quality of care and innovations in services to resident rights and effective staffing and fiscal stability. He ensures day-to-day operations are aligned with the established policies and procedures of Presbyterian Senior Living, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Assistant Executive Director
Jennifer has a Master's Degree in Healthcare Management from the College of Notre Dame. She has worked in senior healthcare settings throughout Maryland since 1986. First employed in the Activities Department, she had the privilege to experience getting to know seniors on a personal level. Wishing to continue growing in the eldercare field, she became an Admissions/Marketing Coordinator. For the past 16 years, her roles have been as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the Baltimore area. Most recently, she served as a VP of Education for an organization that serves all who work in senior care. Her passion is knowing and serving older adults.
Director of Independent Living and Resident Services
Suzanne is responsible for the coordination and organization of At-Home Services at Glen Meadows. As an advocate for the Independent Living residents, she works to promote independence and quality of life for the members of our community.
Michelle provides complimentary design services to help new and current residents plan a room or the renovation of an entire home with as much – or as little – help as they need. She assists with everything from accurate measurements and furniture layout to selecting styles and colors. Michelle helps create surroundings that inspire, and then she can manage the details from start to finish, so residents don’t have to.
Lesa leads a Sales Team at Glen Meadows whose sole focus is to meet with people interested in finding their next place to call home. Lesa and her team provide information and tours to prospective residents and their families and help them to discover how enriching everyday life at Glen Meadows can truly be. The Sales Team also helps to ensure a smooth transition during the move process. Lesa is a graduate of West Virginia University in Morgantown, W.V. and has worked in the retirement industry for nearly 20 years.
Director of Activities, Independent Living
Joanna works together with our residents to initiate and support enriching and enjoyable activities and programs to the Independent Living community at Glen Meadows. Programs offered include those lead by our own residents, team member assisted, and college instructor taught programs. Examples are basket weaving, quilting, drama club, sign language courses, hiking, drum circle, various entertainment performances, and tap dancing.
Business Office Coordinator
Rhonda executes all functions necessary to maintain the Accounts Receivables for Glen Meadows. She also assists residents and family members with choosing the best insurance to fit their needs as well as completing Medical Assistance applications. Rhonda has worked in Long Term Care for over twenty years and is available to help with any financial concerns.
