Yolanda Johnson

Yolanda is responsible for the overall satisfaction of Glen Meadows’ residents, from quality of care and innovations in services to resident rights and effective staffing and fiscal stability. She ensures day-to-day operations are aligned with the established policies and procedures of Presbyterian Senior Living, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Yolanda supervises department managers and serves as interim Health Center Administrator and/or Assisted Living Administrator, as necessary.

Jennifer has a Master's Degree in Healthcare Management from the College of Notre Dame. She has worked in senior healthcare settings throughout Maryland since 1986. First employed in the Activities Department, she had the privilege to experience getting to know seniors on a personal level. Wishing to continue growing in the eldercare field, she became an Admissions/Marketing Coordinator. For the past 16 years, her roles have been as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the Baltimore area. Most recently, she served as a VP of Education for an organization that serves all who work in senior care. Her passion is knowing and serving older adults.

Suzanne is responsible for the coordination and organization of At-Home Services at Glen Meadows. As an advocate for the Independent Living residents, she works to promote independence and quality of life for the members of our community.
Michelle Magnaterra
Design Specialist

Michelle provides complimentary design services to help new and current residents plan a room or the renovation of an entire home with as much – or as little – help as they need. She assists with everything from accurate measurements and furniture layout to selecting styles and colors. Michelle helps create surroundings that inspire, and then she can manage the details from start to finish, so residents don’t have to.
Bob Hunter
Activities Director, Independent Living

Bob works with our residents to support their ideas and suggestions for resident programs and activities, which include weekly off-campus trips and tours, weeknight entertainment, college classes through the Community College of Baltimore County, and monthly health and wellness events. In addition, he leads the 25-member Glen Meadows Chorus and oversees the community’s in-house TV service, Channel 53. He has served the residents of Glen Meadows since 2003.
Pat Hiller
Delegating Nurse

Pat is an RN, MSN with Geriatrics certification and has more than 20 years of experience. She is a delegating nurse (certified by the state of Maryland) for Assisted Living and performs all of the admission assessments to determine a resident’s level of care. She then writes each resident’s service plan and coordinates his or her care with physicians and staff. In addition, Pat teaches the Medication Technician class
Katie Searfass

Katie executes all functions necessary to generate monthly Medicare, Medicaid and all other billings for Glen Meadows. She also works with residents on choosing the best insurance to fit their needs. Katie follows up, collects and reconciles all third-party billing and is responsible for filing Medicaid applications.
